Keeper of the Dead: Haunting Ballads & Poems
Hello there, my new friend,
Come on in, take a look,
Get lost in the pages,
Of this haunting book.
There’s something for everyone,
Well, most everyone, at least,
If you like spirit-filled pages,
That won’t let you Rest In Peace.
The spirits inside are lonely,
They’d love to haunt your head,
But that can only happen,
If you read Keeper of the Dead.
Escaping Destiny: Disenchanted Ballads & Poems
Be careful what you wish for …
You just might get it.
If you’ve ever wanted
more than what you had,
Or thought someone else’s
life didn’t look so bad.
If you’ve ever wanted
your own happily ever after,
Or been just a little jealous
of someone else’s laughter.
If you like fairy tales
looked at from anew,
Then this disenchanting book
might just be for you.
You’ll get a new perspective
on heroes and royalty,
The question is, can you
handle, Escaping Destiny?
In the Shadow of Death: Ballads and Poems on Living and Dying
We’re all standing in the shadow …
If you’ve ever wondered,
about the other side,
Or felt the grief of losing,
someone who has died,
If you’ve ever struggled
with life’s day to day,
Or questioned when or if,
things would be okay,
If you’ve ever given thought
to your own eulogy,
Or contemplated what,
through the veil you’d see,
If a moonlit night has
ever caught your breath,
You may be just the person
to read In the Shadow of Death.
Chasing Ghosts: A Haunting Adventure
The Old House Was Haunted, Or So We’d Been Told …
Hello there, my young friend,
Come on in, take a peak,
This book may be for you,
If haunted tales you seek.
Beware though, I warn you,
Once you look inside,
There is no going back,
There is no place to hide.
It is a simple story,
Fit for near any age,
Tis a tale sure to haunt,
All who turn the page.
If you dream of adventure,
And like danger more than most,
Than you may be just the one,
To enjoy reading Chasing Ghosts!
Thoughts on Exhibit: The Still-Standing Adventures of Hercules and Hollow Man
Thoughts are powerful things.
What if an artifact’s thoughts were on exhibit at a museum, instead of just the artifact? Such as a bronze statue and a suit of armor just hanging out in the halls of the local museum? Getting into some serious and not so serious discussions involving their past, present, and future … along with a few side tangents in between.
Thoughts on Exhibit is a series of poems containing dialog between Hercules and Hollow Man, two unlikely friends with lots of thoughts about random things no one really cares about. Other than themselves, and maybe, you? Go ahead, hang out in the metaphorical halls awhile and see what you think. Take your time, they’re not going anywhere.
Something to think about while you’re there: You could learn a lot about someone if you knew their thoughts. What would others learn about you, if your thoughts were the ones on exhibit?
Take the Leap! Ballads and Poems on Breaking Free
Dare to Dream. Take a Chance. Break the Mold.
Opportunity waits not,
for those who stand idle,
Life is meant to be lived,
without a bit and bridle.
Failure is ever present,
so take chances often,
Don’t leave behind regrets,
when put in a coffin.
No one has it easy,
excuses are not rare,
Set aside the blame,
accept that life’s not fair.
If you find this notion,
to be mostly true,
Then go, Take a Leap!
This book may be for you.
